The sex isn't dangerous but you're not supposed to use hot tubs while pregnant. Doesn't matter that your baby is 'barely developed' - the first trimester is when most development takes place and when you're at the most risk for something going wrong.

Sorry I said kind of but I meant to say very. You are not allowed to use hot tubs while you're pregnant because it overheats your body and can cause serious issues for the baby. The same goes for laying out in the sun too long, using a heating pad on your back or stomach, or anything that will overheat your abdomen.

My doctor has always told me from the moment I found out I was pregnant, no hot tubs. She used the analogy "it's like cooking the yolk inside of an egg" so I stay away

Unfortunately i learnt the hard way with this and wasnt aware i was pregnant when i went on a spa break using saunas and heat rooms. I lost my son at 23wks 5 days to a kidney problem which i swear to this day was due to the heat. I wouldnt get your hopes up being its a viable pregnancy until declared 20wks scan is sound.

Ur not suppose to go in hot tubs pregnant. What's done is done so this is just for future reference. It can raise your temp or something

If it was just one time, i think ur ok.  With my ds, i didnt know i was pregnant and had sex in a hot tub, got a bfp a few days later.  Hes a healthy 4 yr old now.

your baby is barely developed, not dangerous. don't worry about it lol. and unless you're in a hot tub for prolonged amount of times, you're good. it's just not recommended later on when the baby is bigger and not the size of a pea.
