The omega-3 fatty acids found in fatty fish such as salmon, sardines, and herring have some big, fat fertility-boosting benefits. They may help to regulate reproductive hormones and increase blood flow to reproductive organs.
One of our favorite ways to prepare salmon is by baking it with mustard, garlic, and herbs like dill, chives, and parsley. Super easy and super delicious!
