Hug someone!
Believe it or not, hugs are really good for us. Loving embraces can increase levels of oxytocin (the "love hormone") and reduce blood pressure and heart rate in women. It also helps decrease our stress levels.
So the bottomline is that we should all be hugging more for healthier and happier lives.
