Do not eat any meals today that do not contain a vegetable or a fruit.
According to a Harvard study, "Choosing slowly digested carbohydrates that are rich in fiber, like whole grains, vegetables, whole fruits, and beans, instead of rapidly digested carbs can improve fertility by controlling blood sugar and insulin levels."
So top your breakfast with a handful of blueberries. Have a salad for lunch. And don't forget to have a side (or two) of veggies with dinner tonight. They might just help you on your path to baby!
