My anatomy ultrasound at 19 weeks showed my baby have a cleft lip and palate. I'm very sad about, but I'm getting information to be more comfortable and strong with this situation. Is someone else going thru the same? What do you know about cleft? Thanks

My anatomy scan u/s 20 weeks
From Monday... Baby is healthy... Active ... Weighing 12 ounces... Was laying with legs open and hand behind head when we started ... Love this pic !!! All tests came back normal... Growth is right on schedule... Thank GOD FOR THIS GIFT !!!

Food restrictions in our days
I wonder why the "dont's" in pregnancy have become so strict in our times. My mother tells me that back in her time the only restrictions in diet were alcohol, cigarettes and coffee. Nowadays it is also fish (even cooked) and seafood, pastrami, fresh mushrooms, unpasteurized cheese etc. I'm sure there were viruses and bacteria 30 years ago as well. But there weren't so many restrictions for pregnant women!

I have a 16-month-old son that will not take anything but a bottle I've tried so many sippy cups I've tried cups with straws he plays with them and then throws them he just rather have his bottle any pointers please help
