OPK for those not trying to get pregnant?

I am currently not on any bc and I only use condoms. I’ve talked to my gyno about using ovulation tests to predict ovulation and avoid having sex then. So that’s what I did. I started testing on day 11 and my ovulation peak was on day 16, so I didn’t have sex till day 19,20 because I know that ovulation can occur 24-48 hours after ovulation peak. On day 20 my ovulation was low.Can I use this method every month or it’s not reliable? And ofc even when I am not ovulating I am always using condoms+pull out+water tests afterwards and I am being very careful. I just want to test my ovulation to ease my mind because i don’t want to risk and have sex on my ovulation day because I now plan b doesn’t work when you are ovulating

I took a clear blue yesterday and it said I was peak and this one says I’m high I’m confused

This has never happened to me normally I peak and they get lighter this time my last three have been pretty dark? App says I won’t peak till Sunday.

Does the object where I pee in affect my pee ? Sometimes I grab whatever I could find to pee in so I can test my pee with the ovulation sticks

When should I expect my period?

I have been trying to track my ovulation ever since my last miscarriage. Problem is I’ve never gotten a steady result and this month it looks like I either didn’t ovulate or didn’t catch my peak. It’s coming up to my should have been due date for my latest pregnancy and honestly I just want to know when to expect my period so it’s not a huge emotional moment when it arrives. There is something particularly harsh about being on your period when you should have been giving birth. I’m not currently trying to get pregnant so my period will show up, just trying to figure out when.

12 days late AF!?

So im now 12 days overdue for AF. This is my 1st fime posting here.. ive taken countless pregnancy test since i was 3 days late, all still showing negative... im trying to take ovulation tests to see if maybe Ive skipped a cycle... but i am not understanding these at all! Should i set an alarm and take them at the same time every day? Should i try 2 a day?!

can someone please tell me when i ovulated? as of today i am getting super light tests on ovulation tests and my discharge is creamy white, sorry if that is considered tmi. i just dont know when i ovulated and would like the help.

So i was supposed to ovulate on the 19th according to this app i have been testing pretty much daily it has since moved my date to today is supposed to be my peak day yet it keeps goong lower. I am 40yrs old and have pcos any helpful tips?
