Hey! I just feel like venting and stuff about my mental illnesses!

Im making this anonymous because of my fear of judgement..

Okay, so, here we go:

I have depersonalization and derealization disorder, I zone out A LOT. I tend to forget how I got somewhere, like, I genuinely dont remember getting to wherever I am. I have this constant feeling that I just woke up, and nothing before was real. I also have VERY bad perception of time. It could be 5 minutes that have passed, and to me it could feel like hours. Its kind of terrible tbh.

I also have terrible memory, because I had overdosed on almost 100 pills, died for 7 minutes, and got resucitated; when I was 16; thats a huge story in its own though.

I have type 2 bipolar disorder.

I have severe anxiety.

I have major depressive disorder.

I have paranoia.

I have borderline personality disorder.

I used to be severely anorexic and bulimic from the age of 13, but that has gotten much better; although sometimes when I'm upset, I dont eat. My boyfriend broke up with me before (we're together now) and I didnt eat for three days.

A psychiatrist thinks I may have PTSD, and honestly, I wouldnt be surprised. My sister has PTSD, and she thinks I have it aswell. I get constant flashbacks, I feel as if I'm there. I also have a lot of nightmares, but it is way better when I have someone physically with me.

I also self harm a lot. I've been cutting for 4 years, and I've never gone over a month and a half. Its honestly hard to go a week without cutting.

I am also very suicidal at times, I have attempted suicide 14 times.

I'm feel so psycho just writing this down. Jeez.
