Turkey Day Cupcakes Recipe 🦃
Perfect to make with kids! Yield: 2 Dozen Ingredients * 1 box of chocolate cake mix (plus items needed for cake mix)* 2 cans of chocolate frosting* 1 package of round nutterbutter cookies * 1 bag of candy corn * 15 Reese’s pieces or M&Ms, cut in half * 15 Mini marshmallows, cut in half * 2-3 twizzlers (red liquorish), cut in 1/2” strips InstructionsBake cupcakes according to box directions. (Be careful not to overfill cupcake liners so the tops will be flat.) Allow to cool. Reserve 1/2 c. of frosting. Place the 1/2 c. in a piping bag or ziplock bag and cut a small hole in one corner. Frost cupcakes with remaining frosting. Place a nutterbutter cookie on top of each frosted cupcake. Put 4-5 candy corn pieces into cupcake above each cookie. Pipe a small amount of reserved frosting in middle of cookie to affix other candy pieces as pictured. Pipe a dot of icing onto marshmallows for each eye. *Instead of marshmallows you could use candy eyes but they are so hard I usually avoid them if possible.

Bread recipes that are not sourdough
I would like to know what are some bread recipes / types of bread people like to make for their families that are NOT sourdough. I’m too intimidated to try making the starter and also don’t want to have to worry about keeping it alive. I like the idea of making my own bread for my family that has less ingredients and a little healthier, but all everyone seems to recommend is sourdough…. I’ve been browsing Pinterest but would like to hear from others what they are making.

~ Flourless Peanut Butter Muffins ~
Recipe yeilds 12 muffinsIngredients:🥜 2 spotted bananas🥜 2 eggs 1 cup peanut butter 🥜 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 🥜 1 tbsp vanilla extract 🥜 1/2 tsp baking soda 🥜 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a muffin tray with 12 paper cups or cooking spray.2. To a large bowl, add the bananas and mash them with a fork. Add the eggs and mix well to combine.3. Stir in the peanut butter together with maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract and baking soda.4. Fold in the chocolate chips and divide the mixture among the prepared muffin cups. 5. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.6. Remove from the oven, transfer to a cooling rack to cool, and enjoy!✨ ️Side Note:These are perfect to meal prep for a quick breakfast before school! I double the batch, store them in the fridge, and pop 'em in the microwave for 30 seconds or less and serve with berries and/or boiled eggs also in the fridge prepped and ready to go! Or, simply serve alone as these muffins are nutrient-dense making them nice and filling- packed with protein, healthy fats, & natural sugars excluding the chocolate chips. I also use natural PB, just two ingredients- peanuts & salt. I bake them this way every time, and my kids love 'em! I hope your littles will as well 😊♥️

Ideas for what to bring to a cookout
My moms 60th birthday is in two weeks and I have to bring a dish to pass but I don’t know what to make or take. I don’t go to cookouts like ever, so I have no idea what is a good idea and relatively cheap. My sister already has these things covered…potato salad, queso dip, veggie tray, pork butt, chicken Spiedies. And cake. Any help appreciated!
