Advice about ultrasound findings

I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy on January 28th resulting in the loss of my left tube. I did not get a period before getting pregnant again and testing positive on February 28th. I had an ultrasound on 3/11 that showed a 5mm gestational sac in my uterus. My ultrasound today 3/25 showed a 13.3mm sac (5 weeks 4 days) but no fetal pole or yolk sac. My doctor doesn’t feel comfortable deciding what to do yet and wants a repeat ultrasound next week (6 weeks 4 days). Has this happened to anyone and it resulted in a healthy pregnancy? I’m anxious and scared I’m going to lose this baby too.

3 pictures of both sacs and the clearly living baby in one & then two pictures focusing in on what could be another sac with no baby found yet.I'm only 6 weeksAnd US tech couldn't confirm anything with me she just told me to go get an official scan to find outSilly to hold out hope that there could be two little ones at my next scan in a few weeks?

Second ultrasound

No fetal pole yet

I went in for an ultrasound today and according to my app I am 6wks 2 days but we only saw a gestational and yolk sac measuring 6 weeks with no fetal pole. Has anyone ever experienced this and had a good outcome? We are going to follow up and the dr said she isn’t concerned but I am worried.

help—a mama needs advice!

ok, so my situation’s a little weird I found out I was pregnant March 7. That was when I got my first positive pregnancy test my expected period was supposed to start March 1. Mind you I have a one year-old daughter that I just quit breast-feeding the second week of February. My period app told me I ovulated February 16, but I’m thinking since I quit breast-feeding it made me ovulate a little bit later than that mind. You i also have a history of not so good pregnancies so I went in to get checked March 10 and my hCG levels were at 91. They had me follow up Thursday (March 13th and that morning at 11 they were 255. They sent me in for a transvaginal ultrasound and couldn’t see anything and wanted me to follow back up yesterday to have them re-checked before leaving the hospital Thursday (March 13th) I was there until about eight. They rechecked my levels at 6 PM and they had already went up to 373.1. Yesterday my hCG levels had risen to 520. My question is they gave me another ultrasound yesterday and still couldn’t see anything am I probably still just super early and do my hCG levels sound like they’re progressing good ?
