Clots or normal?

Hi!I'm 34 and ttc for three months now. I was diagnosed with endometriosis/adenomyosis and came off the pill in April. Period pain last week was the worst I've experienced of late. I'm now paying more attention to my body and noticed clots. This was on day 3. Should I be worried? Is this normal?

Hello. I have endometriosis very badly, also I get fibroids and cysts. That looks like a normal clot could be something like a cyst as well. That would make sense in why you would be experiencing more pain as well.

Endometriosis

Hey everyone! My doctor believes i have endometriosis from my egg count is on the low end of normal (other labs came back normal) and my uterus is slightly enlarged. The hysteroscopy came back negative so he believes its on the outside of my uterus. I have strong ovulation. He wants me to get a laparoscopy to confirm endometriosis. I was wondering if anyone had success with serrapeptase and gotten pregnant?

I’m so sorry! I would ask your doctor what the risks are of doing the laparoscopy to confirm endometriosis (e.g., will they potentially harm your fertility?).

Don’t know what to do

I am trying to convince, I have ovarian cyst and endometriosis and I can’t seem to convince. It’s sad but pushing thru

It’s possible to conceive but you may need surgery to remove the cysts first. Consult your doctor

Ttc - just had laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis

I had laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis about a week ago. In a few weeks I’ll have a post op and talk with my doctor about moving forward with IVF or not. Curious if anyone out there went on to try naturally after surgery and got pregnant? My partner is on the fence about spending money on IVF.

Sounds promising! I'm one day in and I can already feel it. 4 miscarriages and I can tell. The heart rate and the energy is different. Dizzy spells. I can't believe I'm on this boat again, but the issues (polyps and some others) are fixed and there's a strong likelihood this one will stick. =) crazy to know do early tho I almost wish I didn't. Oh well =)

TTC without surgery

I’ve not been diagnosed with endo but it is expected that I have itI’ve been ttc for 10 months with no luck so far. I was just wondering, if I do have endo is it still possible to conceive without surgery? Or would it be time for me to try and push for this.Thank you 😊

You can, yes.

Normal embryos

I am so emotional & I know this group will understand! We have been trying to have a baby for over 3 years, 2 of them working with a fertility clinic. I’ve done 7 IUIs, with 1 resulting in MMC at 10 weeks & 1 in a chemical pregnancy. This year, my insurance started covering IVF but there is a lifetime benefit maximum. After struggling with extremely painful periods for years, I had surgery in February that confirmed endometriosis. We did an egg retrieval in June & sent embryos for PGT-A testing because of my previous losses. They all came back abnormal. Started another ER in July but was not responding to protocol so that cycle was cancelled. We just did another egg retrieval last month, adding in omni****, & got similar results. I just found out we have 2 normal embryos! I cannot believe it. I started crying on the phone as soon as they told me. This is the last cycle my insurance would cover & I’m about to turn 40 in a few weeks so I cannot tell you how much pressure I have been feeling. At least now I know there is still a chance that my dream of becoming a mother may come true

Congratulations! Prayers for a successful transfer

I feel like a waste of space

I feel so empty, my husband (married 1 month) together 7 years asked me today “can we please have a baby now” knowing full well I have endometriosis and have miscarried 10 times. We can try IVF but my chances of it working is below 30%. He already has 3 kids so doesn’t understand how I feel. It’s so disheartening 😔😔

Willow, after 6 miscarriages of my own, I understand how you feel. Miscarriage is something that people can’t understand unless they have personally experienced it. That feeling of disappointing your partner in that way is so incredibly painful. And that’s on top of the physical and emotional pain of losing a pregnancy. I am so sorry you are experiencing this.

TTC after Endometriosis advice?

I had 2 surgeries for Endo in 2015 and 2016 and until 2 months ago I was on a combination pill (estrogen and a progestin) as my doctor said I should only stop if I am sure I want to try to get pregnant. She also mentioned unlike other women who can try for 1 year atleast, I should come back in 6 months if I can’t conceive. The idea is to ensure that I have had 2 surgeries and I should be careful and check-in in 6 months time.I know 2 months of TTC isn’t a lot but I only have 4 left :( could you share tips that helped some of you? Just disappointed already in 2 months and scared endo will come back.

Look into NAC or N acetyl cysteine for endometriosis. There was a study out of Italy that suggests it may help with fertility in women with endo. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23737821/Good luck!! ❤️

Maybe pregnant with Endo!

Hi everyone! I was diagnosed with an endometriotic cyst and low AMH level earlier this year and have been TTC naturally since November 2022. I never take pregnancy tests but this time I have no PMS spotting! My period is expected tomorrow and the test showed a very faint line. I will retake one in the morning but I amgoing down the rabbit hole of false positives and freaking out! This is the first time in almost a year that I feel hopeful.

Endo Diet

Has anyone tried going gluten/dairy/inflammatory-food-free to get pregnant when struggling with endo? Any luck?

I have stage IV with progressive bowel endo. Been ttc the last two years and have recently started whole 30. I’ve heard people with endo often have high inflammation, and sensitivity to gluten and dairy, also alcohol is a big no no as it raises estrogen which we don’t need more of haha. I’ve been struggling with a lot of digestive issues the last year and I’m assuming it’s related to the bowel endo. After the 2nd week I noticed less pain. I also don’t drink coffee anymore and that helped significantly with migraines and pain. I would try the whole 30 because it’s not too restrictive and easy to follow imo. Should also mention I have a 3 yr old conceived naturally almost a year after a lap surgery and two failed rounds of IVF. Sending baby dust to you!!

Ho

Hi. I was 16 days late after my laparoscopy

To my endo sisters. It’s possible. I know the journey is both physically and emotionally painful but today I got my first positive ever. I had my surgery in February and 2 months later I am pregnant! 💜💜

The doctor's suggestion may be the best suggestion because they know the details of your medical history. I have pretty severe endo and was told they didn't want to risk surgery because it could have a adverse affect on my eggs (amount of eggs, quality) and was told ivf was my best option

Prayers please!!! TTC with clomid

I got my first ovulation peak on Clomid today (cycle day 15) and I’ve been praying and asking for prayers that we get pregnant and even pregnant with twins so that this infertility journey can be over! Praying for gods miracle to bless me 💗💙. #endowarrior #ovariancyst #infertilityjourney

Prayers please!!! TTC with clomid

Endometriosis and IVF

I have mild endo (found in 3/4 spots) just did a retrieval with mild stims and got 10 eggs 9 mature, we froze them and didn’t fertilise as husband was away but needed to be done pre surgery. I am having a lap to remove hydrosalpinx tube and then going in for frozen transfer. Any success stories for endo with ivf?😢😢😢

Following! I have also been pregnant a few times, all ended in early mc but only able to confirm by ultrasound, and a blood test on one occasion. Did you test later in the pregnancy to see if there had been any change in picking up your hormones?

TTC- LAP PROCEDURE STAGE 3

So I've always been irregular. I rarely ever got a visit from AF. I had my lap surgery done Dec 5 was diagnosed in stage 3, got a visit from AF Jan 4. However, I've had pms symptoms but still no visit from AF this month. Should the surgery have caused me to regulate? Not sure if I should get hopes up by testing because I have been told having surgery doesn't necessarily mean your periods will regulate. I have had very specific cravings, body aches, and extreme fatigue but this is also common during PMS for me. I've cramped like AF may be coming , but still no visit. Thanks in advance!!

The surgery alone may not make you regular all the time. Did they do ablation or excision? I have severe Endometriosis and surgery’s have helped with pain and symptoms. But not always effects my cycle. I usually do a 3 month course of birth control after surgery just to keep things at bay. If you think pregnancy could be a possibility, take a test. Go from there. Have you tried tracking your cycles so you’ll truly know when to expect period or when ovulation occurred if at all?

One blocked FT suspecting endo

I tried for 3 years with Clomid used as well. I had one FT totally closed and one they were able to surgically open while they went in to do the diagnostic laparoscopy. They cleaned things up in there and biopsied some is the lesions. I got pregnant the first full cycle after my surgery. I really recommend the surgery first if IUI will be expensive for you to be sure things aren’t more blocked than you think.
