March is going to be the best month ever because so much goodness is happening!!!!

We start March with out transfer! We transfer two beautiful embryos yesterday!! Going in tomorrow to check our progesterone levels and then beta is scheduled for 3/10/18.

I’m not sure if I can wait a week so I will probably start testing earlier.

A little history about our journey:

We started our fertility journey June 2015. After numerous tests and

IUI

failures we decided to give

IVF

a try. In May 2016 we succeeded in getting pregnant, however on June 2, 2016 I had a miscarriage at 6w3d. We didn’t want to wait too long so we tried on our next possible cycle. Once Again we succeeded in getting pregnant but also miscarried at 8w5d and had a D&C; on 9/8/2016. We then transferred 2 embryos on Nov 2016 which resulted in a chemical pregnancy.

We needed some time to reflect/think/grief and just recuperate, so we took a break from Nov 2016 until April 2017. We did a second round of Retrieval and decided on doing PGS testing and had 6 healthy embryos (3 boys 3 girls). So we transferred one embryo which resulted in a miscarriage shortly after due to a vaginal infection.

We then went through a few disappointing cycles due to my levels being all over the place.

But now the Month of March, it’s finally here!!!

Can’t wait to share this journey with you guys!

3/2/18 started feeling a little bit of cramping and I’m wish and praying that this is a great sign. 🙏🏽

It was wonderful while it lasted. Today we learned out baby’s heart stopped beating last night. D&C; scheduled for 5/8/18

So, today we had our first appointment with our new fertility clinic, and we are very pleased with our doctor. However, like everything in our journey it’s been a bittersweet moment. Doctor is bother by how irresponsible the other clinic had been at not following up with issues that had come about through our time there. He is starting from step one and running all the test himself and then take it from there. He also notice I do have a bicornuate uterus (very slight) but he said it can be fix. We have to wait now on my period. Then re-doing HSG and saline uterine sonogram and blood work.

Once all test are done, all “fixing” is done, we are looking at possibly transferring some time in August or September. Which is good news, however, means I might have to cancel destination wedding. 😔 can’t win them all I guess. Story of my life, when is not one thing is another.

7/2/18 Update:

Went to see the specialist today for my SIS (Saline infusion sonohysterography) exam and it was yet again another emotional visit. He review some of the blood work results and although some of the levels were not where they should be, he wasn’t extremely concerned. He was mostly upset at the fact that the previous specialist didn’t look into it more. The SIS showed some scaring in my uterus which were more than likely caused by previous miscarriages/D&Cs;, which he scheduled me for minor procedure next week to “fix” the scaring. I am now on birth control so that we are able to “control” my period until we are ready for transfer.

For the most part, although he found “problems,” he has solutions for them. It was emotional because once again I felt as if my body is against me in this process. Each time there is always something. 😔 I was also very upset at my previous doctor for not pick up on these things, how could they not seen this!? THREE YEARS and they didn’t bother to look at the test results that were right in front of them. 😔 it’s too late to do the should of, could of, would of, it’s just upsetting.

Anyway, hopefully if things continue “right” on track, we are looking at a transfer date of around August 10th
