Toddler tantrums

My son has had some tantrums but the last 2 weeks his tantrums are more over the top and frequent. He has this new cry/whine that is really annoying and he is doing it constantly when he's mad or wants something. He doesn't have many words which I think is a huge part of it. I just brought home a new baby last week but this started before I gave birth. Has anyone else noticed more intense tantrums?

My little boy had bad one the other day because I would let him walk near busy road 🤣

How long after completely stopping breastfeeding did your period return?

??

Toddler Meals

Hey all, we're struggling at times to get our 20 month old to eat a variety of healthy foods. We have little time to spend crafting meals, so for lunch/dinner it t tends to be a pb sandwich or beans, an easy prep fruit like a pear cup or blueberries, and an easy prep veggie like those steamable bags. I can't help but feel like it could also be lack of creativity on our part because of the time barrier. What are your go-to simple healthy meals for your little ones?

My sister has a picky eater and started using nurture life. I recently ordered because my son has been eating way too much Mac and cheese and I struggle with finding time to make healthy meals for him. I’m excited for the food to come in, I think it’s gonna make things so much easier https://www.nurturelife.com?referral_id=F06YAX

Double stroller

For those that have 2 babies already, or almost there, have you bought a double stroller? If so, have any recommended please?

We got the evenflo double stroller. It’s big but that was to be expected other than that I love it

With a baby and a move coming up, we decided to wait a bit with taking his pacifier away. He only uses it for sleeping (but is really dependent on it then)

What is this rash??? 🤔

So he's had this off and on above his butt and this area is never in contact of urine or feces. I'm currently trying colloidal lotion to see if that might help but what is causing this? Anyone's littles experience something like this?We asked his doctor about it a few days ago but he didn't seem concerned at all.He gets lots of diaper free time too, so I don't understand why he has this.

that has to be a reaction to his nappy based on where its at. have you tried pull ups?

Sass. Attitude. Tantrums.

What. In. The. World. My daughter is a sass queen. At 19 months old, she gives me headaches. She literally tells me no and yells at me when I ask her to do things, she’s the sweetest baby but once something doesn’t go her way, or she’s removed from her source of happiness, I get an earful of angry words and yells. 🥲🥲🥲 my older son, total opposite, tells her to be happy sister. But man, I really do have my hands full with this little queen.

I know you didn't ask for advice, but Biglittlefeelings on Instagram and TikTok is so helpful with preventing and working through tantrums. They have a whole course you can buy, but if not what they post is still amazing.

18 month sleep regression...?

I honestly don't know if this is considered a sleep progression at all but all of a sudden over the last few weeks my son has decided to start waking up super early in the morning somewhere between 4 and 530. He still sleeps through the night without waking but he used to sleep in until at least 6:30 but now he's up super early every day and will not go back to sleep! What can I do? Is this just a phase that will pass? Or how do I handle this 😅

What is this? Picture included

Hello mammas how are you doing today? My son got this little rash on his cheek just over two weeks ago or so. It doesn’t seem to bother him at all. It doesn’t itch and he doesn’t scratch it. During the day it fades away it is barely noticeable but only in the morning it shows more i think because he sleeps with a lovey and maybe that causes it since he loves to stuff his face lolI have tried using penaten, coconut oil, nivea cream for baby, aquaphor and now I bought aveeno eczema for baby. Im just wondering if you know what it is or what else I could use? Thanks for reading.

You are not alone, it’s rough 😭

to think I was worried about his talking

a few weeks ago I posted because I wasn't sure my son was speaking enough words....it's like he has flipped a switch over xmas, he's turned into the most placid little boy, he was, admittedly, a little hard work and now he's so much easier and his talking....everything, he cant say every word perfectly but he talks for England now lol.has anyone else noticed a big change over the Xmas period.not sure if it is because he has been with us all this time rather than nursery??? maybe happier? idk

💯 Since about mid-December, she’s been using at least one new word a week. She’s 19.5 months. I remember it with my son at her age. He went from 6 words to over 150 in 6 months. It’s a fun age! 😄

Next steps..

Has anyone seen signs of potty training readiness? How about toddler bed timing? He’s getting brave I’m his crib.. I’m terrified 🥴

gorgeous pictures

My LO's live-in nanny is positive.

I live with my husbands whole family and yesterday my LOs nanny who lives with us tested positive. She has not left the house for a month now. We found out that my brother in laws cook has been sick for a week now. They tested her and she was positive. I am so upset because no one thought of testing her because she goes to a wet market weekly. I can't stand this attitude. Now my LO has been exposed with close contact. Our whole household has. We are all still negative and I hope and pray it stays that way. 🙏🏻 But we could have had limited exposure if some people just got tested. After we get out of this we are definitely going to find a place of our own. I can't believe educated people can so stupid.

my whole household just got rid of it a few weeks back.neither of my children had any symptoms at all, absolutely none. 5 year old and 19 month old.I know it's easier said than done, but if your child did catch it the chances of them being ill is slim to none.

Merry Christmas!

Help please I know I’m posting a lot 🤦🏽‍♀️

So I found out I was pregnant about a couple weeks ago but I been so busy working and already being a mother to my almost 2 yr old that I kept putting it off unfortunately.. I know I need to have an abortion because I’m barely making it as is, I’m only 19 & I’m still trying to figure my life out for me and my child & I know I shouldn’t have done what I did if I knew I wasn’t ready but life happens and I just have to deal with it.. I really wanted to do the abortion pill but I think I’m to far long now that I would have to go with the surgical procedure & I’m really scared of doing that because of the stories I heard about scarring, low birth weight or just not being able to keep the pregnancy and although I’m not ready now I would definitely like to have more kids in the future so I just want tips or advice maybe from who have had the surgery to help me out, THANK YOU.

Sometimes my daughter will ask to take her cup to bed, but she never drinks it.
