Green means go...right?

Question

Ok, I get that ovulation occurs on one day-- but if I have sex during a green week on any day, can I still get pregnant?

(My fiancé comes home during my ovulation week but not day )

His sperm can live up to 4 days inside you, so if you made love 4 days before ovulation, technically you could get pregnant. And on the other side of that, once your egg releases, it lives 24-36 and rarely 48 hours. So love making during that time could result in conception too. So there's roughly a 7 day period in which pregnancy is possible. I got pregnant one time from making love 5 days before ovulation!
