Period due 3/19. Had cramping, pink discharge in cm once, then brown or tan.  nothing after 3/20 afternoon. I never saw red blood. The tampon from the 19th was maybe 1/3 full with brown blood. Was that a period? Or just spotting? It's been days now. I randomly get tan/brown in creamy/white cm when wiping. Maybe once a day since the 20th. My boobs hurt, which isn't a usual period symptom for me. Any idea what this is? Cramping the entire time on/off too.
