WEEK LATE PERIOD

So last Friday, I got my wisdom teeth out, and I was supposed to start on Saturday, well it's been 7 days now and still no period. I'm on the nexplanon implant birthcontrol and I last had sex 3 weeks ago. Could the anesthesia just be affecting me or???? Please help 😅
