Brown discharge normal?

Woke up to stomach pain and brown discharge, I'm nearly 7week pregnant is this normal?

I had this today too. One of my mom's friends is a L&D nurse and she told me that it is the placenta implanting and not to worry.

I had this as well last week. It was a Friday so I couldn't see my doctor until Monday. I called our local health link and they recommended keeping an eye on it and if the bleeding got heavy to go to the er or urgent care to make sure everything is ok. It didn't get worse for me and it actually stopped after 2 days so I went to see my family doctor on Monday and she sent me for blood work and an ultrasound. Everything looked good in the ultrasound and my hormone levels are good. I would just suggest seeing your doctor for peace of mind! It can be totally normal.

Same thing is happening to me. I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow and I'm still spotting. Had labs drawn. Results show my hCg #'s didn't double, but they did increase, which is better then them staying the same, or going down. Dr ordered and US for Monday. Excited to see the baby, and nervous at the same time. This is # 2 for me and had none of this business with my first.

I've had this too for about a week now 
Had a scan at the beginning of the week which showed everything in the right place but couldn't see a heartbeat

Was told that it's nothing to worry about unless the pin becomes unbearable or that the blood turns bright red.  Try to relax and hope it passes for you soon, and you can enjoy your growing bump xx

I'm almost 5 weeks and have had very light spotting and brown discharge when I wipe the entire pregnancy so far. And light cramps off and on. These are my only symptoms (I don't want fatigue or morning sickness or sore boobs but I almost wish I had it just for a sign). I've read online, however, that it is very common in the 1st trimester and doesn't necessarily indicate anything bad. I do wish it would go away though, just for piece of mind :). The nurse said it just happens with some pregnancies and they turn out fine. Some pregnancies even have it the entire time and are fine. Hang in there!
