I know a lot of studies say it's better not to drink coffee or black tea when you're pregnant, but I love it soooo much, just can not give up on it 😩 so I still have one cup of my fav Cuban coffee with a little bit of milk in it - doctors say it helps to keep calcium on a good level 😊

3/4 cup every morning ~140 mg caffeine. Try stay round 200mg ur good. No more than that

I switched to decaf and had one cup a day. But once i got to third trimester I went back to caffeinated. As long as you stay under 200mg it's fine.

I don't, but not because I'm avoiding caffeine. I normally love my coffee, but since I became pregnant I can't even stand the smell :( I guess it's probably better for me anyway, but I'd love to enjoy a morning cup every once in a while!

I'd have an occasional cup of coffee during my second trimester. Since I've hit my third, I've been drinking it more often, but I limit myself to one cup.

I didn't touch caffeine in the beginning. I use to drink wayyyy too much, sometimes a 4 shot latte and a strong cup of coffee in the morning :/ well this week (16 weeks pregnant) I started drinking it again. I've missed it too much! But I'm only doing a 1 shot decaf latte or a 1/3rd cup of regular coffee. And I avoid drinking it every day.
