Smelly urine but not a uti!

So I went to the doctor on Thursday with concerns of having a uti because I had strong smelling urine kinda smelt like a portable potty. It's disgusting! Well I got tested for a uti and they couldn't find any white cells which is how they look for a uti. Well my urine is still smelly and it's usually right when I wake up in the morning or if I hold my urine for a long time. I was treated for chlamydia about 2 months ago and I was wondering if it could he just that again?! They didn't test for an STD. But if they couldn't find an abnormal amount of white cells for a uti does that mean I don't have chlamydia because I know they search for white cells as well for that test. Please anyone help, I don't want to keep going to the doctors to not have answers.
