Anyone else on here have PCOS

Anyone on here have PCOS? I've been diagnosed since I was 14years old. Almost 10 years ago. I struggle with my weight and have just recently became more regularly. I want to get my weight under control since I just want to be more healthy and help control my type 2 diabetes. Any tips?
