I find exercise really helps- sometimes I don't want to move when I have gas pain, but moving around is what gives me some relief. Your GI tract slows down when you're pregnant (thanks progesterone!), but exercise boosts your circulation and helps get things moving again. Doesn't have to be anything crazy- I do yoga almost every day and go to the the gym for a moderate workout a few days a week. Luckily I'm usually the only one in our gym (I use the one at work) in the late afternoon bc I swear I fart with every crunch ha ha!

Anyone have any tips for gas relief? When I'm gassy the pain is SOMETHING TERRIBLE. I can literally feel it stabbing it's way through my intestines. Can anyone offer some advice on how to relieve this pain? TIA
