Now the question is how far along am I since December 26,2015 was my last real period. Lasted 4-5 days Jan I didn't get one and February I had light spotting and 2 days of bleeding, and so my mother in law thinks I'm about 3 months along.

I would just go a head and take a pregnancy test. That way you could see if you are ovulating or pregnant:-)

The only way to know is to test with hpt. Opks can be positive for many reasons.
