In the middle of the night I had moderate cramps, no period and was better after BM. I also have the period blood smell. Right now I have small low abdominal cramps. I've never experienced that before. My bf and I had sex 5 days this week. I'm on progesterone only birth control that has 7 placebo pills. I'm on it now. I'm on day one of the placebo pills. Does this mean I'm getting periods soon?
