Brixton hicks?

Hi ladies! I'm 29+2 with my first baby, and I'm not entirely sure if I've experienced brixton hicks! What does it feel like is it like a cramp sensation? I've had mild cramps during pregnancy but I've just put it down to ligament growth pain 🙈 confused!

It can feel like menstraul cramps, the tightening of your entire abdomen, or both at the same time.

I'd also like to inform you that Braxton hicks/false labor may also have a pattern and occur every 5 minutes or whatever and be painful. The thing that makes it false labor is if you drink a few glasses of cold water, change positions (sitting to laying on left side), or a combination and the pain stops. I've had contractions with pattern, frequency and pain for an hour or more, but the second I layed on my left side I felt relief. I've been dealing with this kind of false labor for the past two weeks. It's extremely frustrating, but even with this I've made absolutely no progress and have been 2cm at 50% for the past two weeks too. (I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and more than ready to get this kiddo out.)
