I messed up big time

I just started going out with this guy and we had sex for the first time but it felt too rushed for me I'm used to taking things slower and I found out he lost his virginity to me and I lost mine to the guy before him and I felt something with him but I thought he didn't and I hurt his feelings and it was something way deeper with him I don't know how to fix it I hurt his feeling really badly
