Starving but don't feel like eating

So I'm on my period right now and I'm starving (1pm and haven't eaten anything today) but I don't feel like eating, like I feel like it would make me feel sick. I don't know. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm about to go force myself to eat. Heh...
