My baby girl has same kinda thing on her elbows. Some days it seems worse than others, esp after a bath looks more red. I just put cream on suitable for eczema or if I don't have any to hand her nappy rash cream works. Anything to keep it moisturised I figure. U could always go back to the Drs if ur worried xx
