12 weeks and spotting?

Hello, I am 12 weeks and 3 days, I saw my baby at 11 weeks and 6 days, it was perfect with a very strong heart beat, I just went to the bathroom and I found blood when I wipe, not a lot but enough to worry me. What do you think?

Im 10w 4d and have had spotting today and yeserday no cramping or anything not enough to have a pad on but the doctor has ordered an emergencey ultrasound in two days ive had two Ultrasounds already baby is growing strong with a very strong heartbeat so fingers crossed everything is ok please keep me posted ! I think you should go to the doctor. I've read that sometimes you spot but then nothing after. I would just go to play it safe, that happen to me last night and they said everything is okay.

Hi Loredana,

When you said you saw the baby at 11w6d, was it the first u/s you had? I went for u/s at 7w1d but only saw gestational sac & yolk sac. Fetal pole was not seen. My doc suspects blighted ovum :(
