Late with cramps

So I'm over 10 days late, praying that my period will begin, however I've been having little cramps every couple of days and I'm not sure if that means my period is away to begin soon or what. I mean I should really of bought a pregnancy test by now but I'm so scared it will be positive 😭👤😱👶🏼
