So I understand that typically you shouldn't announce before 12 weeks just in case of miscarriage.. I'm such an open person that I'm not sure it would matter when I announced because I wouldn't keep it to myself if something did happen anyways. What are your thoughts on announcing after 1st or 2nd ultrasound? I've already told family, and I have had to tell coworkers due to my job being so demanding, so almost everyone that matters know I'm pregnant anyhow. I have family that says I should wait Til 12-14 weeks just in case I lose it, but then again this is my pregnancy that I am stoked about after TTC for over a year and I just want to celebrate it instead of keeping it behind closed doors.. What would you do? Or what is your opinion? I'm currently 5 weeks tomorrow, first ultrasound at 6w1d, 2nd ultrasound at 8w2d.
