I woke up in the middle of the night last night and I was trembling uncontrollably. My limbs were jolting and when I breathed, my teeth chattered. My mum touched my hands and they were unusually cold even though I was under really thick covers with many blankets. She said I had a high temperature so she gave me some paracetamol. Thing was, I didn't feel cold in myself and my mum said it was really hot in my room where I had been previously sweating. I had to snuggle in my bed to try and stop the shaking but it didn't work. I finally fell asleep about an hour after taking the paracetamol but I can't remember when the shaking stopped. I woke up in the morning and my sheets were soaking from my sweat. My mum says that she thinks I have the flu but no symptoms for the flu include shaking. I'm not epileptic or anything.
