Hi I've missed my period for two months and I went to the doctors and the blood test was negative but the pregnancy test keep showing positive and I have all the signs of pregnancy

This one is tricky. If the blood results keep coming back negative but HPTs positive and you haven't had a period I would ask for a complete blood panel to make check for any other ailments that can cause a rise in hcg in your blood.

The same thing has just happened to me, I had bloods and they said everythings fine and told me to come back in a month if my period hasn't returned!
