Ectopic pregnancy????

Question

Has anyone ever had a ectopic pregnancy before ? If so what were your symptoms step by step please.

Just talked to a nurse and they say they are concern that's what it could be. I'm eating for the doctor to call but want to find out from someone who may have had this.

I had a pregnancy of unknown location that was abnormal (no heartbeat and bleeding at 6 weeks) so I had to do the shot and surgery and then was told it was a missed miscarriage.

I had one about 5 months ago but mine wasn't in my tubes it was in my abdomen the only symptoms I had was low rising hcg. No pain or bleeding. Now I'm 8w5d with twins. My OB told me it's more common to have multiples after an ectopic. ( my body trying to compensate and released 2 eggs at ovulation) everyone is different. I didn't want to believe him when he told me it was ectopic I had a series of 8 different u/s to find the pregnancy. Then ultimately had to get the methotrexate shot to dissolve it or it would have killed me. :-( head up momma.
