How do you know what the mucus plug is? And what Braxton hick contractions are?

I have a whole lot of white discharge through out the day. And i have no idea what Braxton hick contractions feel like. 22 weeks pregnant

Answer

They're these really annoying tightening in the uterus. Feels like a cramp. They're not supposed to hurt (mine hurt a little) and they go away after you change what you're doing.  So if you're walking, lay down, if you're laying down, get up and walk. I get them more when I have to pee too. Mucus plug looks like a giant ball of snot and usually ha some pink. You can lose some throughout pregnancy and it regenerates, and it may come all out during labor.

mucus plug is like snot discharge is more like cream or waterly , contraction is belly tight with hard to breat and pain is for arround one minuts and go come back every 10 ,5,  3 minuts everytime more close and more painfull , and braxton is not regular and go away when you change position or take shower
