Sleep suggestions anyone???
First time mom here - loving all the changes, EXCEPT.....now that I'm further along (23w3d) my hips hurt like craaaaazy after about 6 hours of sleep. Obviously I've Googled it...pillows between my knees AND ankles is not working. I even have one of those huge C shaped pregnancy pillows (care of my awesome big sister) but nothing works....I wake up in pain every morning. My next thought was yoga, since people speak highly of that in all my searches, but....I just figured I'd ask here and see if anyone has another idea. Or do I just grin and bare it and remind myself that there's a little baby as the prize for my suffering...... 😂 😂 😉
