Maca root while breastfeeding
I'm currently breastfeeding my 9 month old and we really are ready to get pregnant with our second baby. I've tried to research maca root, because I know a lot of women use it to boost fertility. I just don't know if it's safe while breastfeeding. Should I take it or not?
