So this is right on my inner thigh below my lady part..... Could it be a pimple or something from my thighs rubbing together?? The skin never rubs because I'm always wearing pants or whatever idk what it is so its so gross. Any comments?

Heck that's not gross in my book I suffer from an auto immune thing we're my sweat glands get infected swell up.. I found out when I was like 25ish cuz ppl don't know they have it till mid 20's..it's called acene inversa.

I had the same exact thing in the same area. It's an infected ingrown hair. Just keep it clean & try to get the puss out. It will eventually go away but it won't for a couple of weeks.

Could be a boil. I get them, and have since a teenager. I don't know what causes them. I just put a little warm compress on them and hope they go away soon. They're usually like deflated blisters, and very painful.
