SMEP/ovulation
Anyone been successful using smep? This is our first month trying it. Started BDing Friday (CD 9) and I'm on CD 11 today. I took an opk - it was negative but I've had a lot of EWCM today. Hoping to see the opk line get darker over the next few days! I also started taking vitex this month so fingers crossed something works!
