I had tried vitex a couple of years ago and it really regulated my cycles.
I went back on it a few months ago after a 6 month break... Had the opposite effect! Turns out I am now allergic

Tried them both, though I think you meant Maca Root. Didn't help me conceive.

I started it, but then bought fertaid which has vitex...so will try that.

I've been taking Vitex for almost 2 months. Had af exactly 27 days later. Ovulated on CD 18. I have pcos and never ovulate or have periods so I like it.
