Af or something else

My last AF was August , today I had the first sign of blood. Yesterday my fiancé returned home and obviously there was bding involved. This morning when I went to pee there was blood. Itwasn't a lot , or heavy or smelly. It did have a little clot with it  and I do have pressure on my right side , kind of where my overie is . I'm just wondering could this be My AF that I have been looking for these past couple months or does this have the potential to be bad.?
