Is Tylenol PM safe to take during pregnancy?

I know regular Tylenol and extra strength Tylenol is safe. But I was wondering if the PM version was okay also?

My dr said nothing with PM on it because it typically has some sort of alcohol in it

Yes.. That, unisom, benadryl.. Done will argue non alcoholic zzzquil (which is benadryl).. Are safe

My Dr. told me it was fine...I've taken them two or three times and so far my baby is fine.

Yes it's safe, it's at a class b pregnancy risk which means it doesn't hold that big of a risk, my Dr said I can take two when needed, but I only take one if I need it
