Inside my right breast I have a non-painful lump that is (location wise) right above my areola, around it. It's not painful at all, and I breastfeed many different angles side ways, standing myself over baby, and baby's sitting up position also. I never felt for lumps before so I'm not sure how new it is, but it seems rather large. Maybe the size of a nickel. Anyone have any idea on what it may be?
