Facial swelling?

Did any of you ladies faces become super puffy and swollen?  Mine seems to be really puffy and I hate it :( is there anything I can do or something that will lessen the swelling?

Try more water and less salt but if it is sudden check with your doctor as it can be a sign of pre-eclampsia.

I've always had cute chubbish cheeks but now that I'm pregnant I look like a walking chipmunk lol 😂

OHHH yeah. I was told it's very common when carrying a girl (don't know how true that is) but my face is chunked up. I hate it!

Yep, with my first, I had it too starting mid 2nd trimester. I looked so fat, but the swelling went down after giving birth within 1 month or so. I have seen a lot of pregnant people go through that, so it must be a normal thing. I think swelling can be caused by too much salt and not enough hydration (at least thats what one midwife told me). Didn't stop me from craving salty foods though! Haha
