Nausea, Neck & Back Ache help!
I'm 7 weeks tomorrow. I've been nauseated and had upper neck and lower back aches (like when I'm about to start my period). Is that a part of pregnancy? First time mom here! No idea if this is normal or if I need to see the dr. I threw up a little 2 days ago. I hardly can stand up straight and a little shaky. Thank you so much for any advice!
