Crap I have been taking vitamin b12 for a month now when I can keep it down and though it hasn't helped with nausea it have helped with my mood and sleep and overall clearness of my head... Could this mean something??? :( I'm super worried that this could be hurting my baby! I will call my docs tomorrow but they never answer I swear! 😥😞😖

B6, I do 25 mg three time a day and it's helped a ton!
