Painful sex

I posted something a while back, but I'm due in 9 days and still can't have sex. We've had sex maybe three times in the past 5 months. This entire pregnancy I've just felt like my cervix is super low or I'm super swollen in there or something. I had my doc check me out and she said I don't have any infection or anything. I'm trying to prepare for labor and need his sperm to help me dilate but I physically can't do it!!! We try to use so much lube too, and it honestly feels like just his tip can go in because there is a brick wall in there.
