Sex hurts

I just sobbed after sex with my husband. I stood up and burst into tears in his arms because it hurt. Maybe I wasn't wet enough. But I cried so hard. Now I'm afraid to have sex with him again. I didn't ask him to stop because I wanted him to finish since its been about a month and today was the first day I felt good. Please tell me I'm not the only person having sex issues while pregnant.
