How long does it take?

How long does it take to get over a miscarriage. As in crying evertime u see a baby the same age as the one u lost. I feel like i should be over it by now i was only 5 weeks along its not like i had it for long. My husband and i were trying for almost 5 yrs before he had the one we lost. So much heartache does this get better?

My miscarriage left me with diagnosed PSTD because it was so traumatic leading to emergencies services, transfusions and defibrillators.

I miscarried at 11 weeks almost a year ago and it was somewhat traumatic for me. Tomorrow will be a year ago when I found out I was pregnant and I'm hoping after the year mark of the miscarriage I will feel better. But honestly I cry every couple weeks over it.especially since I've been trying for 8 months to get pregnant t again. I dont think we will ever get over it. There will always be "this month should have been a baby's birth month" etc. But I try to think of the good things going inn in my life. Good luck to you too.

I lost our little one at 5 weeks on March 5th. You don't never really get over it, but as days go on, you will feel peace about it :) Don't feel ashamed of crying. That was your little miracle and you deserve to have some time to grieve. The positive part is that you know you can concieve and when you feel ready,  you can try again for your little rainbow ❤💙💚💛💜
