Depression/anxiety issues.
Alright so I'm on 50mg of Zoloft for depression/anxiety.
I've been really bad about remembering to take my meds for the past couple weeks and I took them a couple hours ago and now I feel really tired and kind of sick and very internally anxious for no reason. Do you think this could be my body reacting to the medication because I haven't been taking it and then re-introduced it all at once?
I'm really not feeling great at all and I feel like I may have a panic attack and I really really don't want that.
Any tips or advice or knowledge about this would help so much
