Recent Diagnosis Has Me Bummed 😒
Hey all. FTM, 26 weeks, and just diagnosed with GD. I found out electronically, so I'm not sure what to expect. I am being referred to a dietary specialist. Ladies, any ideas on what to expect? I'm pretty upset at the moment and trying to tell myself that it's not my fault, but my brain isn't computing that at the moment...
