Good skin care/makeup products??

Hey guys! I'm 16 and I'm struggling with acne, and I have been since puberty. It's making me really self conscious and I wear makeup everyday because ONTOP of that, I have really red acne scars all over my cheeks. I've tried a lot of drugstore face washs/scrubs and NONE of them work. I was thinking about switching to something more expensive, like Exposed skincare.. Anyone tried it before? I don't have any toners or any multistep produces, just makeup remover and exfoliator. I have relatively oily skin, and I get large pimples on my cheeks, and a lot of whiteheads on my forehead. Can any of you recommend anything good skincare lines? I don't care about the price at this point, I just want to feel confident! And if you don't have any suggestions, do you have any "bewares" so I can avoid those too? I was thinking of going to a dermatologist this summer for a peel for my acne scars, but that can be covered with a concealer, right now I'm focused on my acne.

Also, does anyone have any good makeup sugguestions? I also use drugstore makeup but I feel that might also contribute to the problem?
